Atlantic city responded that such an injunction would tie its hands and the request was premature, and while it was late, as of today they were current according to a pay schedule. We achieved the end we needed to achieve making sure the schools were paid in a timely fashion. The judge weighed both arguments but in the end he agreed with Atlantic City and woman ter the situation making sure future payments to the schools are made on time. Im pleased that the judge decided and determined that the state did not produce enough evidence that warrant an injunction.
