Old was involved in a drive by shooting. They are telling us it happened somewhere around 7 15 tonight. Now the person devante settles. It was over here in the 5500 hundrend avenue. Police are telling me the know he was shot once and possibly twice in the back. He was taken to uc hosptial and is in stable condition now amazingly, was able to walk to stations, he was able to get help from police. Investigators havent been able to talk to him yet so the only describtion of the vehicle that shot at him is a black toyota. Police tell me there are some witnesses and they plan on talking to them to get more information. Police dont have a lot to go on at this point but again they a leaning toward this being a drive by shooting.
