He was also apparently from Southern California and had gone done with friends last week to celebrate spring break. Reporter eloy vasquez was seen leaving the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity House on the usc campus around 130 saturday morning. The california Highway Patrol now says that about an hour later, for unknown reasons vasquez attempted to run across the eastbound lanes of the 10 freeway. A mile away from the campus.
