More than six million people are registered to vote in the capital on 6 May.
We asked each candidate why they think they should get your vote, and quizzed them on their priorities.
Here is what they had to say.
London needs a fresh start. Sadiq Khan has failed to deliver.
Under Sadiq Khan, we ve seen record levels of crime. We ve seen council tax bills hiked. And of course, we ve seen no delivery on housing.

Shaun Bailey (Conservatives) Website: https://www.shaunbailey.uk/ Shaun Bailey has been a London Assembly Member since 2016. He was previously a Government Advisor under David Cameron on Youth and Crime and was formerly a youth worker. His major policies in the election campaign are to fund 8000 new police officers and reopen 38 police stations, build 100,000 affordable homes, create a zero-emission bus fleet by 2025 and create a London Infrastructure bank to help fund infrastructure projects like Crossrail 2. Kam Balayev (Renew) Website: https://www.kam4london.co.uk/ Kam Balayev was born in Azerbaijan in 1981. He was a Lawyer and worked at the Ministry of Justice in Azerbaijan. He has worked with the UN, European Council and Interpol. He is also a trustee of the American Peace Foundation. His policies include a ‘London Supplementary Income’ and to “take back some of those profits” from “big firms” as well as a “15-minute plan”.

Credit: PA/Newsquest On May 6, Londoners will have a record number of candidates to choose from as they head to the polls to decide the next Mayor of London. A total of 20 candidates are standing in May’s election, but while voters may be familiar with current mayor Sadiq Khan and his challengers from the Conservatives, Liberal Democrats and Greens, there are many more candidates in the running. Joining Sadiq Khan, Shaun Bailey, Luisa Porritt and Sian Berry on the ballot are the following candidates:
