Harrowing details have emerged regarding the shooting of a a Temple University police officer shot Saturday night while trying to prevent a carjacking.
Philadelphia police are searching for a man they say is responsible for multiple sexual assaults across the city this year. Surveillance video shows the alleged suspect wearing a black and green puff jacket and black Adidas sweatpants on a SEPTA Broad Street Line train after an attack on Tuesday near Temple University.
Police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred Wednesday at SEPTA's Eighth Street Station in Center City. A 22-year-old man was stabbed twice in the chest by a man who fled on the Market-Frankford Line, police said. The man who was stabbed died at Jefferson Hospital. No arrests have been made.
