You may not know who Leon Jaworski wasâbut, as a Houstonian, you probably should.
âHe was one of the architects of the emergence of Houston as a world-class city,â says Steve Dillard, partner at Norton Rose Fulbright. From the 1950s through the 1970s, Dillard explains, âJaworskiâs fingerprints could be found on just about everything of consequence that happened in Houston.â
