The Plough Inn in Wanborough A Wanborough pub has launched a fundraising appeal for a defibrillator to be installed. Staff and customers at The Plough Inn on High Street have made the decision to raise the money to have a life-saving unit installed for public use following two incidents where defibrillators may have beenrequired, but the nearest one at the village hall was unavailable. The first took place six weeks ago and involved a lady collapsing and the second was two weeks ago when a customer became ill and was revealed to have sepsis. On both occasions members of the public went to the nearby hall to retrieve the defibrillator only to find it was not there.
