acquired a 402-unit Stamford apartment community for $154M.
CBRE announced is brokered the sale of Parc Grove Apartments
at 200 Broad Street. The CBRE team of Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin, Gene Pride,
Jeremy Neuer, Steve Bardsley and Eric Apfel represented the seller, a global
real estate investment advisor, while also procuring the buyer, Pacific Urban
Residential LLC.
Commented Dunne, “The offering represented a highly unique
opportunity to buy a 5+ acre site, representing a full city block in the heart
