Police say Nicholas Libby, of Addison, crossed the center line while driving on Route 1, striking a car driven by David Worcester, of Lamoine, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no foul play suspected in the death of an 8-month-old girl on Fuller Road in Steuben Thursday evening, according to the New York State Police.
