Article content Building a home from the ground up was a bittersweet experience for Lynn Schroeter and her German-born husband, Ralf, who live in the D’Arcy community of Okotoks. Lynn had suffered the sudden and very public loss of her 23-year-old son, Nakehko Lamoth, following a hockey game in January of 2019 between MacEwan University and SAIT. The process of building a home beginning that summer and into 2020 was a welcome distraction.
