Hungry Chuck’s, the legendary student hangout near the Syracuse University campus, is planning to reopen around the start of the fall 2021 school semester.
That’s a little behind the schedule previously announced by bar owner Stephen Theobald, who had hoped to open late in 2020.
“Blame the pandemic,” Theobald said. “It’s not a good time to open right now.”
