Know about it . Today our Kristin Fisher spoke with the stepfather of the surviving roommate. About 1 00 in the morning he called to say that he had been shot. Reporter minutes after making that phone call from a neighbors house 22yearold neal oa was wheeled into an ambulance. Hed been shot in the back of the leg while running away from his roommate dayvon green. I guess hed always been a little bit different. He would have kind of highs and lows, ups and downs. Reporter but he never thought dayvon was capable of killing a roommate and shooting another before turning the gun on himself and he and his stepson have no idea why he did it. Stunned to say the least, shocked, didnt really believe it. Reporter neal is recovering at his familys home in frederick. He still has a bullet in his leg but physically is expected to make a full recovery. Its his emotional state his family is so worried about. Hes still pretty upset about it, you know, got a lot of things to work through, a lot of emot

The murder in alexandria comes just a few days after an elderly woman was murdered in prince georges county. 71yearold Geraldine Mcintyre found inside her home in Capitol Heights sunday.
