NPP Chair advises NDC leadership: Go to court with your evidence The Cape Coast North Constituency Chairman of the ruling party, Mr Stephen Kojo Arhin, says the National Democratic Congress (NDC) should proceed to court if the party feels cheated in the presidential results. According to Mr Arhin, the same constitution that permitted the Electoral Commission (EC) to organise the elections has made provisions on how aggrieved parties could seek redress and provided channels for same. Speaking to the media, he noted that pouring onto the streets in protest was NOT one of the channels the constitution has provided, therefore, he urged the NDC to go court with its evidence.
