An extensive search involving police divers has been called off near Nudgee Creek, in Brisbane s north, for a mother of four who has not been seen in more than a week.
Key points:
Natarn Cassandra Auld was last seen on December 13 at a home in Capalaba, in Brisbane s south-east
But she left to head to the northside the next morning and a search of bushland and local waterways near Nudgee Creek has failed to locate her
The search for a missing mother-of-three who vanished after buying cigarette papers in the early hours of the morning has been called off.
Natarn Auld, 38, left her home in Capalaba in Brisbane s south on December 14 at 3am. She told a friend she was going to buy cigarette papers in the northern suburb of Banyo.
Police have released CCTV footage taken at a BP service station at Capalaba at 11.50pm the night before, showing Ms Auld checking out at the counter buying a coffee and food.
Detectives and SES volunteers on Wednesday launched a search of bushland in an industrial area at Nudgee, west of the Gateway Motorway, as police divers scour Nudgee Creek.
