Reporter good morning. Everything is back open at the san jose santana road after Early Morning police activity. The San Jose Police say that no one was injured when shots were fired inside one of the units at this townhome complex just up the street on the lefthand side where you can see some of these squad cars still parked. Someone fired shots in the unit and one bullet went into a neighboring unit this morning. The complexes along the allston drive in the middle of santana row. The 911 calls came in it 12 45 am. When they heard about the powder, they declared a hazmat scene which it has been all afternoon. 20 people were quarantined in the situation. Three of which that physically ill. The one woman who initially opened the package was transported to the hospital. The other two seem to have gotten better and were not transported. The quarantine is now over. The situation of course is a concern of what was in the spatter. If it was just a powder, its just a powder but the kinds of powder could be very important. It could be a biologic, Something Like weapon anthrax that would cause people to become sick or could be straight poison like cyanide powder. They had no idea what it was.
