In the united states, the collection and processing of childrens data has primarily been regulated by the childrens Online Privacy protection act and its corresponding rule for over 20 years. This law long preceded facebook, snapchat, youtube and hello barbie. We have seen numerous legislative proposals including from senator markey to change the way childrens legislation is regulated. n our other big story tonight. Another shooting on a busy east bay highway. One man was killed during last nights shooting on highway four in antioch. Kron 4s Hermela Aregawi is in antioch. Wth details about this latest case. Just minutes afte 9 saturday night. A man is shot dead while driving on hwy 4 east bound. When chp arrived on the scene. They found the victim had succumbed to his injuries. This is one of several shooting on hwy 4 in the past year. Sot damorio thompson, concerned resident i think this freeway shooting thing. Its just terrible. I just dont understand it. I think its a bunch of young people that just dont know how to act. Get guns and just actually self destruct.
