Wth details about this latest case. Just minutes afte 9 saturday night. A man is shot dead while driving on hwy 4 east bound. When chp arrived on the scene. They found the victim had succumbed to his injuries. This is one of several shooting on hwy 4 in the past year. Sot damorio thompson, concerned resident i think this freeway shooting thing.
