Ed Warinner to join ex-Harbaugh assistant’s staff at Florida Atlantic

Ed Warinner, who spent the last three seasons as offensive line coach at Michigan, has reportedly landed a job down south with a former Jim Harbaugh confidant.
Warinner is expected to be named the new run-game coordinator and tackles and tight ends coach at Florida Atlantic University, under Willie Taggart.
The move was reported over the weekend by multiple outlets, including The Athletic, but has not yet been announced. Warinner has removed references to the University of Michigan on his Twitter account.
Last month, Harbaugh allowed Warinner’s contract to expire and elected to move on from the long-time offensive line coach and former coordinator. Warinner, 59, coached at Ohio State from 2012 to 2016.
