Prosecutors get two hours toly out their final argument, then the defense will have three hours tomorrow. And then back to the state for rebuttal. They expect the deliberation will be starting their deliberation tomorrow as well. Judge nelson will determine if those jurors can consider more than seconddegree. Theyre going to have the option of convicts on aggravateed assault instead of just seconddegree murder. Seconddegree murder could bring a life sentence.
