A passenger tried to breach the cockpit on a Delta Air Lines flight from Los Angeles to Nashville, Tenn., on Friday and the plane had to be diverted to Albuquerque, officials said.
The plane landed without incident and the passenger was taken into custody. Stephanie Kitts, a spokeswoman for Albuquerque International Sunport, said the incident happened shortly after 2 p.m. local time.
