Parker had recently moved in with her boyfriend and ward was engaged to be married. If i walked in the morning, the first person i saw was either adam or allison. I got a smile on my face because they were always that way. They were interviewing a local official live when Authorities Say 41yearold vester flanagan, a former colleague, opened fire, killing parker and ward. He also filmed the shooting. He was sort of looking out for people to say things that he could take offense to. He and eventually, after many incidents of his anger coming to the fore, we dismissed him.
