A federal judge has ruled that a lawsuit brought by the state s ex-vaccine chief against two of Tennessee s top health officials will go to trial May 8.
Tennessee officials urged a judicial panel Monday to dismiss remaining legal challenges to the state’s private school voucher law after a string of court victories led to the program’s launch this school year.
