A DUNBAR driver has been fined after he was found guilty of knocking over a motorcyclist. Stephane Hood, 23, failed to keep a proper lookout and moved lanes when it was not safe to do so while driving his vehicle on Union Street, Edinburgh. Hood collided with the motorcyclist, causing the man to fall from his bike and causing him injury, on February 17. Hood, of Ashfield Crescent, had denied careless driving charge but was found guilty, following a trial, and fined £500 and had three penalty points put on his driving licence.
