6月17日，南京上线全国首个“气象灾害靶向预警防控系统”。记者从市应急管理局了解到，该系统将气象灾害防御，从以事中事后为重点的“应急管理”转变为以事前预知预判为重点的“精准预防”，并最终实现短临预报预警点对点、精准防范应对。目前，该系统已汇聚了全市包括危险房屋、地质灾害隐患点、行道树、户外广告牌、地下空间、建筑幕墙等在内的13类5万余条风险源数据信息，可为靶向预警提供精准的数据支撑。
精准预警、精准防控，并以此精准服务民生，是这一“民生系统”的建设初衷。“近年来，我省雷击、龙卷风、强对流天气等突发性自然灾害时有发生，但传统的气象预警，预测范围不够精确，预警信息采取普遍发送的方式，指向性、针对性也不强，不便于实时响应、高效处置。”市应急管�
