文資活化修復一大步中市大里菸葉廠納入前瞻計畫補助 - 生活

有70多年歷史的台中市大里菸葉廠，由立委何欣純爭取納入前瞻計畫保存文物資產，廠區建築群7棟歷史建築及考古遺物典存庫房修復再利用，已獲核准補助4200萬元，何欣純強調，菸葉廠活化案納入前瞻計畫，可說是文資活化修復推動重要一步，未來也會持續爭取經費。大里菸葉廠在1934年日治時期建造，運作至2017年底，廠區在2016年被登錄為台中市歷史建築，2019年11月擴大為全區，歷史建築包含了康樂室、大禮堂、辦公室、鍋爐室、桶菸倉庫、修理室等，建築群合計有17棟、廠區總面積約1萬5千多坪。
