Metro cops, who were manning a roadblock near Mfuleni
on Sunday, were shocked when they bust a driver with an open bottle of brandy between his legs.
MMC for safety and security, Jean-Pierre Smith, said the incident happened at the corner of Saxdowne and Hindle roads.
While the officers were interviewing the motorist, they noticed he was unsteady on his feet and was arrested for drunk driving and taken to Mfuleni Police Station.
