147 sickened as search continues for cause of foodborne illness tied to N.J. restaurant

Health officials in Camden County say 147 people have reported becoming sick after ordering food from a Berlin Township restaurant.
The cause of the illness remains under investigation and the restaurant was temporarily closed to allow for enhanced cleaning and a follow-up inspection, officials said. It has since reopened.
Trouble first came to light last week when Waterford Township schools shifted to all remote learning after 97 teachers got sick from a “foodborne illness” the district said they contracted at a catered district lunch.
The food was provided by Roma Pizza and Stellato Ristorante, according to a Facebook post by the business owners.
