Westfield High School added a new element to its graduation ceremonies this year. Seniors visited their former elementary schools to walk through the halls.
The Finance Committee began its budget review hearings as a meeting of the whole City Council on May 29 with Mayor Michael McCabe and his financial team of Assessor Ashlie Brown, Collector-Treasurer Matthew Barnes and Auditor Vicki Moro giving an overview of the budget.
"We know that the high cost of child care is holding back our families, our providers, and our economy from their full potential," Gov. Maura Healey said.
