More security measures have been called for after police and firefighters were called to a fire in a town centre car park which was reportedly started by youths. Police and firefighters went to the Portland Walk Car Park in Barrow just before 7pm on Sunday and said there was no-one was at the scene when they arrived, but the latter urged youths to stop lighting deliberate fires.
