The FBI raided the home of a 20-year-old Bay Terrace man who they allege live-streamed himself while taking part in the riots at the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6. Nicolas Moncada was arrested before dawn on Monday morning at his home on Taunton Street, according to neighbors and a law enforcement source.
