We again in napa where friends and family are mourning the death of a three year old girl. Police arrested her mother and boyfriend in the case. And tonight the little girls grandfather spoke out. We are in napa with the latest in this investigation. Reporter diane, dozens of people came to tonights vigil. As you can see, balloons are still here and candles are still lit, many people telling me that they did not know the young girl, the mother or the boyfriend, but they had to come because they were so overwhelmed with grief.
