Each week the class will explore an aspect of the Mindful Presence Model with hands-on practices designed to manage stress and, most importantly, develop the skills to be deeply compassionate to others in their lives.
The contest is put on by One Vegetable, One Community, a local organization that strives to unite the community by encouraging gardeners to plant, grow, cook and/or share a single vegetable.
The all-multimedia issue features stories about trail projects throughout the U.S. that are transforming and delivering opportunities for their communities.
