Cliff is a true hero.
A veteran of the Navy and volunteer for the Montana Convention of States team, Cliff swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution from
all enemies both foreign and domestic.
As he told a Montana legislative committee last month, he sees his work at the Convention of States Project as an extension of the oath he took in the Navy. Those oaths say support the Constitution not the government, Cliff said. Right now, I feel the domestic threat we face in this country is our federal government. And the only way to overcome that is to give the power back to the states through the invocation of an Article V Convention of States.
