PPF Real Estate Holding, one of the companies which are part of the business empire created by the recently deceased Czech billionaire Petr Kellner, has bought the Mansell Overlook office complex in Atlanta, USA, for USD 100 million. The offices currently house companies such as Yardi, the largest US real estate software supplier, and Berkshire Hathaway, the multinational conglomerate controlled by Warren Buffet.
Managing Director of PPF Real Estate for the United States Aaron Smith said that the property offers potential for future development and that its purchase will help serve as a springboard for future PPF investments in the US real estate market.
