Published on: Thursday, January 21, 2021 By: Bernama Credit: freemalaysiatoday.com Kota Kinabalu: The State Government will apply for an allocation from the Federal Government to repair the parking area at the Kinabalu National Park that collapsed in Kundasang on Tuesday.  Deputy Chief Minister Dato ‘Sri Bung Moktar Radin  (pic) said although it did not involve the main road between Kota-Kinabalu to Ranau, the long-term effects of the landslide, if not repaired immediately, could affect the main road.  ”The State Works Ministry will apply for an allocation. We will provide an estimate to the federal government,” he said, Wednesday. Bung said the area is a tourist attraction and a parking lot for visitors who want to visit Kinabalu Park.
