Russian forces fired cruise missiles at the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa on Saturday and bombarded a besieged steel mill in Mariupol, hoping to complete their conquest of the port city in time for Victory Day celebrations.
At present, 16 national TV channels of the MX-1 and MX-2 multiplexes, as well as the local public broadcaster UA Kharkiv, are already available to Kharkiv residents, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection reported on its Telegram channel on Wednesday.
The Russian army said on Wednesday it had seized the southern Ukrainian port city of Kherson as its forces continued to envelop the capital Kyiv during the seventh day of fighting.
