A study by the Legislature has concluded providers are embracing the service for residents across the state. We are going to see more telehealth going forward, and particularly in behavioral health, he said. Senator Arch said conversations around accessibility, especially for Nebraskans in rural areas, are ongoing. Christine Chasek, who heads the Behavioral Health Education Center in Kearney, is looking forward to the expansion of telehealth. She said she’s seen its benefits first hand at her own therapy practice.
