ODESSA, Texas State Representative Brooks Landgraf has been chosen to chair the Texas House Committee on Environmental Regulation.
He was also re-appointed to be on the Transportation Committee as well as being named to the Redistricting Committee.

The classification of teachers being known as frontline workers would allow for them to receive the COVID-19 vaccines sooner.
Landgraf expresses how educators are risking contracting COVID-19 each day in the schools and how crucial it is for them to receive the vaccines.

ODESSA, Texas State Representative Brooks Landgraf has co-authored a bill to prohibit abortions in Texas.
“As a father who heard his daughter’s heartbeat early during my wife’s pregnancy, I am proud to co-author this landmark bill,” Landgraf says.
House Bill 1280 will prohibit an abortion of any kind unless the pregnancy leads to a serious health risk of the mother.

AUSTIN, Texas During the 87th Texas Legislative session, State Representative Brooks Landgraf has filed a bill to reduce the impact of Robin Hood on area schools.
House Bill 1077 is aimed at stopping the recapture payments from impacting mineral wealthy school districts.
“The events of the last year demonstrate how necessary HB 1077 is for school districts in the oilpatch,” Landgraf said in a press release.
