BEDFORD, NH During the past three days, another three deaths due to or related COVID-19 were reported in New Hampshire, according to the State Joint Information Center. The deaths included a woman and man from Rockingham County and a man from Strafford County. One was between 70 and 79, another in the 60 and 69 age bracket, and the third, the man from Rockingham County, was between 50 and 59 years of age. Fatalities are at 1,344 or 1.36 percent of all infections.

BEDFORD, NH During the past three days, six more New Hampshire residents died due to or related to COVID-19, according to the State Joint Information Center. The fatalities included two men from Merrimack County, Hillsborough County, and Rockingham County. Two were 80 years of age or older, three were between 70 and 79, and one was in the 60- to 69-years-old age bracket. There have been 1,332 deaths in the state or about 1.36 percent of all infections.

CONCORD, NH For the first time in around seven months, active coronavirus cases in New Hampshire have dropped to below 2,000, according to the State Joint Information Center. The state on Monday reported 1,979 active cases. The last time the state had fewer than 2,000 coronavirus cases was on Nov. 8, 2020, when there were 1,903 active cases. The state also reported another 161 new positive test results on Monday including 40 who were children. Most of the cases were discovered via polymerase chain reaction tests and 52 percent were male.
