FENWICK A nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding food insecure children in Ionia and Montcalm counties has received a $14,000 grant to move the program forward.
State Farm has awarded a $14,000 grant to IM Kids 3rd Meal, according to a press release. IM Kids 3rd Meal provides food to food-insecure children in 11 schools in Ionia and Montcalm counties.
“Once again, we sincerely thank State Farm for their continued partnership with IM Kids,” said Ethan Ebenstein, superintendent of the Ionia County Intermediate School District. “We appreciate how they not only recognize but prioritize the importance of children having access to adequate food resources. Our work would not be as impactful as it is if not for collaborative partners such as State Farm.
