Governor Kristi Noem made a stop in Huron Wednesday following her budget address to the legislature. Tuesday she gave her recommendation of one time money for several projects in the state. One was a $12 million dollar amount to be matched with $3 million from an insurance payment and $4 million in fundraising donations for a new State Fair Beef complex to replace the beef barn destroyed in a fire on the morning of October 31
st. She talked about the proposal at the Nordby Exhibit hall.
