Some agenda for pension reform is critical for all countries. But it is remarkable to consider how much has already changed inCentral and Eastern Europe within the last three or four years, howmuch is changing in Western Europe today, and the changes that areon the horizon for 2004 and 2005 changes no one would haveforeseen in the early 1990s.
