Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, June 24: Hundreds of people including students from various educational institutions participated in a rally against drug abuse that was flagged off today jointly by Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar and State Drug Controller Lotika Khajuria.
