Spread the love (AFRICAN EXAMINER) – The Enugu state Chapter of the All Progressives Congress, has announced the expulsion of one Deacon Okey Ogbodo and 4 other loyalists of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Geophery Onyeama from the party. The action according to the party, followed their refusal to withdraw lawsuits filed against the party as earlier directed by the National leadership. Enugu State Caretaker Committee Chairman, Dr. Ben Nwoye, announced the development Wednesday at the party’s state Secretariat during the swearing in of the new State Executive caretaker Committee members. It would be recalled that Dr. Nwoye was recently returned as the Caretaker Committee Chairman of the party in Enugu State by the National Executive Committee NEC in Abuja.
