Fees down, governance up as AMP Capital defends CommIF Jul 14, 2021 – 11.40am Share AMP Capital is slashing management fees in its Community Infrastructure Fund to match an offer from competing management suitor Plenary Group and installing further governance controls at the $1.4 billion vehicle. AMP Capital will cut management fees by up to 32 per cent over the next 12 months, moderating to an up to 15 per cent reduction after the special one-year discount applies, in a bid to retain the Community Infrastructure Fund (CommIF) that is the subject of three competing takeover offers. AMP Capital is fighting to retain the $1.4 billion Community Infrastructure Fund.
