今日除鍾佳濱等人外，屏東潮州光鹽民俗藝術團團長劉道訓、明華園日字戲劇團團長陳勝在、明興閣掌中劇團團長蘇俊榮、緣龍劇團團長江明龍等人皆出席記者會。鍾佳濱指出，文化部6月推出「藝文紓困4.0」，編列45.5億元，包含「藝文事業員工薪資及營運補助」、「自營工作者減輕營運衝擊補助」、「貸款利息補貼」、「場館租金減免或規費補貼」等項目，但仍有許多民俗藝文團體苦無演出機會，恐難繼續支撐。鍾佳濱說，從文化部去年12月開始收件、今年4月開始展演的「振興旗艦方案」發現，核定的254件補助方案實際上等同是「提供表演機會給藝文團體，彌補去年疫情初期的收入損失」。但今年疫情是從5月開始，文化部應研擬比照去年方案，調度預算以緩濟急。張廖萬堅表示，去年文化部補助像是台灣傳統藝術表演團體，共9千6百萬元，
