Underway. Reporter we will head inside the courtroom and sit in on the Opening Statements. But before that happens, lawyers are meeting inside that courtroom to talk about defense attorney and juror issues. The San Mateo County did not k what the issues are but says it will not affect moving forward today. The jurors will return to the courtroom at 10 30 for Opening Statements in the murder case of tiffany lee. They are accused of the 2016 killing of kate greene, the father of these two children. The prosecution will start presenting their evidence against the suspects today. This is been in the works for years, there have been a lot of delays. Most recently was last week. Defendant was set to testify as a prosecution witness but was arrested after Authorities Say he tried to contact a defense witness. She was originally charged with murder but reached a plea deal to testify against him. At a murder charge again. The prosecution is ready. What happens in court, that is why we have tria
