Francouzský obránce Varane odchází z Realu do Manchesteru United
Fotbalový mistr světa Raphaël Varane odchází z Realu Madrid do Manchesteru United. Podle britských médií se oba kluby dohodly na transferu, odstupné by mělo činit 50 milionů eur (zhruba 1,3 miliardy korun) a bonusy. Varane měl v Madridu smlouvu ještě na nadcházející sezonu, španělský klub původně požadoval údajně 80 milionů eur.
Osmadvacetiletý Varane přišel do Realu v roce 2011 z Lensu, nastoupil od té doby do 350 utkání a získal s Bílým baletem tři španělské tituly a čtyři trofeje v Lize mistrů. S francouzskou reprezentací vyhrál v roce 2018 titul mistra světa, na letošním evropském šampionátu odehrál všechny čtyři zápasy do vyřazení od Švýcarska v osmifinále. V Manchesteru je pro něj připravená pětiletá smlouva.
