A Cheshire cat who went missing has been reunited with its owner 20 years later.
Phoebe, a tabby cat, vanished from her home in Nantwich when she was just two-years-old in 2001.
Devastated owner Christine Ball posted leaflets around the area but gave up hope of ever seeing her again after knocking on neighbours doors but to no avail.
But last week Christine was left gobsmacked when she got a phone call from the RSPCA to tell her Phoebe had been found seven miles away from her home.

Phoebe was found cold and wet in a field in Bridgemere, Cheshire, by a woman who took the 22-year-old moggy to her local RSPCA centre.
Staff found she was microchipped, and were stunned to find her owner, Christine Ball, lived only a few miles from where she was found.
