Montcalm County deputies say that a woman was injured in a single-car crash in Stanton Thursday night.
Deputies say the crash happened near the intersection of North New Street and East Pine Street around 8:36 p.m.
They say a 1999 Dodge Durango turned south onto North New Street from East Pine Street. The car then left the road and struck a utility pole.
The car caught on fire as a result of the collision, and the woman was knocked unconscious.
Witnesses were able to get the woman out of the burning car. She has been taken to a local hospital for treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
