A chp officer is seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in the east bay. It happened on highway 4 near highway 242 in concord. Multiple cars were involved in the crash. The chp officer was responding to a crash on east bound highway 4 when he was hit. Police have not released much information about the crash but we are told that he was not on his motorcycle when he was hit. The officer was taken to the hospital with major injuries but none of the injuries are considered life threatening. It is not clear if anybody else was injured in the accident. But Oakland City Council members say any raids wont be happening with their help. At least 21 people were arrested during a nationwide ice operation that targeted 7 eleven franchises last week. That sweep included locations in four bay area counties, including here in Santa Clara County, napa, sebastopol, santa rosa, suisun city and petaluma. Car. In the blink of an eye, she slipped between the train and the platform. Falling to the tracks below. Melissa didnt see it happen. Sotbefore i even got off the train, i heard banging and pounding on the train. Then i heard another passenger says someone had fallen. Then i heard my daughter scream. Fortuantly, the train was at a complete stop. Another passenger saw what happened and pulled the emergency stop lever on the train. The conducter was also standing on the platfrom nearby, he climbed on underneath the train and pullled the young girl to safety. She was shaken but unharmed.
